Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• GetServices.ai retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary software, methodologies, documentation, trademarks, branding, source code, and intellectual property.
• Clients retain ownership of all content, data, and materials they provide to us.
• Ownership of custom-developed software, applications, or deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement, proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW).

You retain ownership of all business data submitted through our services.

By using our services, you grant GetServices.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, store, and use your data solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms and service providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Amazon Web Services (AWS), ServiceNow, Stripe, Twilio, HubSpot, and other technology providers.

Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, and licensing agreements. GetServices.ai is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

Service fees, payment schedules, subscription terms, and billing arrangements are outlined in your proposal, quotation, invoice, subscription, or service agreement.

Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension or termination of services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all payments are non-refundable.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of the business relationship.

Neither party shall disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent unless required by law.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.

Service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, third-party outages, cybersecurity incidents, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetServices.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from the use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to GetServices.ai for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GetServices.ai, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your misuse of our services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law; or
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Upon termination:

• Any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
• Access to applicable services may be suspended or terminated.
• Client data may be returned or securely deleted in accordance with the applicable agreement and our data retention practices.

Your use of GetServices.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
